  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.
  • For international orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • Expedited and international shipping fees will also be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to U.S. and international addresses.
  • For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered to the address provided.

8. International Orders

  • For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the country. Some shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
  • Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total price at checkout.
